Got Ingredients?

But don’t know what to cook? Well… I may have an answer for you. I stumbled upon Recipe Matcher today, a website that allows you to enter a list of either food ingredients or bar (alcohol) ingredients and get a list of possible recipes/drinks.

They don’t have a TON of recipes, but when I entered in: Salmon, Mango, Spinach, Artichoke, Cauliflower, Oranges and Green Beans… I got about 25 recipes as a potential match. Pretty cool…

In case you were wondering, I think I’m just going to either saute or bake the salmon with some spinach and then serve it over Almond Orange Couscous (thanks to Recipe Matcher).

Love this idea because who isn’t left with an odd assortment of food stuffs just before needing to run to the grocery store for another round?

BTW, hello by way of 30-something bloggers!

Hey Tammy – have you tried the google recipe finder?

    Here is the link: http://www.google.com/base/search?a_n0=recipes&scoring=ld&a_y0=9&a_s0=0&a_r=1

I used it once or twice when I was stuck in the house with just a bag of beans and some peanut butter.
