The 12 Healthiest Items to Stock in your Pantry

Personally, I do have most of these items on stock. I buy the bulk of them from Trader Joe’s, including the walnuts, almond butter, applesauce, frozen blueberries, agave nectar, black beluga lentils and dark chocolate (all of which I have on hand right now). All of these items can be purchased at either TJ’s or Whole Foods, as well as most grocery store chains nowadays. Just try to stick with organic when possible.
