No plans for tomorrow night?

Then head to Roslindale Square. According to this week’s Bulletin, an “Art Jam” fundraiser is being held in the Roslindale Congregational Church… alongside the Jazz in the Square concert, featuring the Grace Kelly Band from Brookline.

The fundraising event starts at 6:15pm and the concert begins at 7:30 and requires a $10 donation that goes toward the fundraiser — which, by the way, is raising money for a cool sculptural art piece — called “Traffic” — for the square. The installation is a George Greenamyer kinetic sculpture and is being sponsored by the Roslindale Main Streets Committee, Roslindale Public Art Council and Jazz in the Square. The fundraiser will feature works of art from Boston-area artists… with each piece going for $200.
