Food Drive

My post from this past Saturday talked about how the Boston area food banks and pantries are hurting. I talked about a few ways to help, including a food drive.

Funny enough, if you haven’t already heard, the National Association of Letter Carriers, branch 34, is conducting their (annual) “Stamp Out Hunger” food drive, by collecting non-perishable food (for the Greater Boston area) on May 10th — that’s THIS Saturday! Just leave a paper bag by your mailbox –filled with non-perishables. What could be easier???
