1 lb 99% fat free turkey meat
1 packet taco seasoning
Lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro
Shredded 2% cheddar
Tortilla strips (salad topper)
Cook turkey according to directions on taco packet. Make salad of as much lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro you want (you can also add corn and/or beans, but adds more points).
Top with 4 oz cooked and seasoned taco meat, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tbsp tortilla strips and as much salsa as you want. Sometimes I mix the salsa with a little low-fat sour cream. Very good and low points. I use the cooked taco meat all week… is good in salads, wraps or just by itself.
