I may not be blogging, but I’m still here… eating, juicing, gardening and cooking. I know I promised to get on the ball with posting… I really am working on it.
Today was the first step… I actually made time to juice some fruits and veggies this morning and the results were as good as usual. Today’s surprise ingredient? Yellow beets…
BFW’s Get Inspired to Start Blogging Again Morning Juice:
1 yellow beet
1 gala apple
3 stalks celery
2 carrots
1/2 Meyer lemon
1 inch cube of fresh ginger
2 clementines
The taste is refreshing from the citrus, earthy from the beet and has a great zing from the ginger. Just my kind of pick-me-up. If you haven’t begun juicing yet… or at least TRIED to make your own juice, you don’t know what you are missing! My next major purchase is going to be a more industrialized juicer. So my little one will be up for grabs to any takers… 😉
